Job Description

- Provide support in full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations
- Process work pass applications and renewals
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters
- Maintain & upkeep on employees’ record in HRIS & Personnel Files
- Assist annual performance appraisal process
- Maintain leave and attendance records
- Responsible for registration & renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC and other training courses
- Benefits and welfare administration
- Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters
- Assist in review of HR policies and procedures
- Process claim reimbursement
- Any other matters as required
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 08.30am to 12.30pm

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experience with Times Software will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of the labour law and other statutory requirements
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively while ensuring confidentiality
