Job Description

- Local sales support
-- Prepare quotation to local customers based on sales engineer or regional sales manager’s instruction
-- Register or change the order information onto SAP
-- Issue Production request or Unconventional Assembly Instructions for sample preparation
-- Register sales order or PRS onto SAP
-- Check PO price based on provided quotation to customer
-- Sales order/PRS list output
-- Update delivery schedule to local customers
-- Create and send Invoice to local customers
-- Goods issue process

- Global sales support
-- Prepare quotation to overseas distributors
-- Register or change the order information onto SAP
-- Issue Production request or Unconventional Assembly Instructions for sample preparation
-- Register sales order or PRS onto SAP
-- Check PO price based on price list
-- Sales order/PRS list output
-- Update delivery schedule to distributors by DCS
-- Create shipping instruction
-- Send shipping instruction to assembly manufacture
-- Create Invoice for export (Singapore time)
-- Goods issue process
-- A/R posting confirmation
-- Issue STATEMENT and send to distributers

-Other and Miscellaneous
-- Responds to requests and inquiries by Salesmen, customers, and others
-- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
-- Reports all irregular issues and problems to Regional Sales Manager

-- Working Hours: 8 am to 5 am
-- Contract term:6 months contract, convertible subject to performance

Job Requirements

- Diploma holder and above, or with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, sales, purchase, quotation and inventory procedures
- Three years experience in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet. Knowledge on SAP preferred
- Proficient in oral and written communication With negotiation skills
