Closed- Demonstrating business partner mindset, provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues; i.e. evaluation of potential investments
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Participate in the development of the corporation’s plans and programs as a strategic partner
- Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends
- Establish credibility throughout company with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline
- Groom high potential leader and lead the finance team
- Evaluate finance division structure and plan for continual improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the group
- Manage relationships with banks and partners
- Strong finance and business based analytical skills
- More than 15 years' of finance experience
- CPA/CFA/CMA or MBA preferred but not required
- Bonus (S$100K-1M/annum depends on company and personal performance)
