- Handle M&A consulting to support negotiation between two parties
- Develop new business in client companies
- Basic research and building hypothesis skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- M&A related consulting skills, especially project management skills for M&A activities
- At least 3 years working experience in providing consulting service
- Experience of establishing new business within belonging company or consulting to others
- Additional experience of working for non-consulting companies is also considered a plus
- Excellent command of spoken and written in Japanese to liaise with our clients and counterpart in Japan will be an advantage
- Bachelor degree or above
