Job Description

- To coordinate and communicate with their factory in Japan
- To assist sales team
- To input a date into ordering system
- To manage delivery schedule
- To make documents and presentations to submit to external and internal purpose
- To do correspondence (business letter, e-mail), filing (Company, Client, internal documents)
- To prepare sales report
- To support updating client’s information in database on a daily basis
- Additional adhoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

- Business level English language ability in writing, listening and speaking
- Japanese language ability conversational level (minimum JLPT2) to liaise with Japanese colleagues
- IT Literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
