Job Description

- Understand all relevant aspects of KTA product suites, solutions, consulting processes and consulting methodologies
- Involved in creation of Project Plan and Schedule for delivery of client solutions
- Gathering detailed understanding of the clients’ infrastructure through analysis of their environment
- Working closely with Project Manager in identifying, management and resolution of project issues
- Working closely with client from design through solution go live
- Coordinate with client to ensure proper systems and resource infrastructure are in place for smooth installation
- Leading system walkthrough
- Adhere to Project Plan and ensure all criteria are met, for client solutions to be implemented in accordance to schedule and within budget
- Working closely with Solution Architect in solution designs and for leading design reviews
- Perform configuration of client solution based on documented designs • Involved in testing, installation and technical training
- Identified and Resolve Project issues
- Assist in the transition from the Delivery team to the Technical Support team
- Adhere to processes, standards and best practices
- Ensure consistent and effective communication to the clients
- Involved in continuous improvement of KTA products. Solution and Processes

Job Requirements

- Min Degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering
- Min 7 years of Software implementation experiences
- Strong hand-on experiences in software implementation
- Preferably with Full SDLC cycle experiences
- Familiar with database architectures, middleware and security
- Able to design algorithms and codes
- Experiences in Document Management Systems
- Able to understand and interpret complex technical documentation
- Excellent communication skill
