ClosedOur client is a reputable marine MNC established in 1941 with headquarter in Japan. Our client is specialized in providing shiprepairing, shipbuilding, marine technology, offshore technology and other comprehensive marine related services.
- General Administrative duties to sales manager
- Provide accounting and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders
- Integrate administrative and accounting functions smoothly
- Prepare of quotation, delivery order and invoices
- To make sure all the orders received from customers are processed correctly to be able to deliver products to sales office/customers on time
- Assist in preparing and updating monthly sales data
- Maintain good and traceable documentations
- Attend to client meetings when necessary
- Any other admin duties as assigned
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Minimum two years of sales support or admin experience, preferably from Marine Manufacturing industry
- Ability to multitasks and work under pressure
- Self-driven with good and positive working attitude
