Job Description

- Support the Enterprise Software Organization
- Providing support to customers, prospects, partners and outside sales rep
- Managing complex and time-consuming deals through to final closure
- Enterprise software licenses and maintenance including Professional services and hardware
- Processing quotes and orders
- Generating of Quotes: Creating software license and services quotes
- Generating of Quotes: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality and accurate deliverable
- Generating of Quotes: Interact with Professional Services team to secure Statements of Works for license opportunities that require implementation services
- Deals Management: Track, Manage and Monitor all deals through submission to revenue recognition
- Deals Management: Ensure all required documents and information are accurate and completed
- Deals Management: Negotiation of standards terms within the contracts and agreements
- Deals Management: Working closely with Deal Managers or Legal to handle complex agreements and negotiations
- Deals Management: Renew and Reestablish of old contracts to current T&C (Terms & Conditions)
- Deals Management: Ensure deals are compliant
- Facilitate Order Fulfillment: Setting up new customers in Key Business Systems
- Facilitate Order Fulfillment: Verification of credit limits through AR
- Facilitate Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are processed and invoiced
- Facilitate Order Fulfillment: Facilitate timely shipping of software
- Facilitate Order Fulfillment: Monitor software and hardware shipments
- Facilitate Order Fulfillment: Providing updates to Sales Operations Leaders
- Facilitate Order Fulfillment: Store and Maintain completed deal documentation
- Maintenance Renewals: Prepare of maintenance renewal quotations in timely and accurate manner
- Maintenance Renewals: Preparation of invoices
- Maintenance Renewals: Resolve issues with customers
- Maintenance Renewals: Ensure database and information of the contract are updated and stored promptly into the system
- Maintenance Renewals: Ensure proper controls are met
- Maintenance Renewals: Assisting in marketing and partner events

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5-8 years of Business Operation/Customer Support experiences supporting Sales department
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English
- Prior experiences in preparation of quotations, services delivery and contract management
- Excellent coordination skills and strong administrative experiences
- Ability to multi-task and meet the services deliverable within the deadline given
- Candidates with prior experiences in IT software field would be preferred but not mandatory
