The Group sells over 700 brands, covering over 18,000 skincare, fragrance, make-up and hair care, body care products, health and beauty supplements under international brands including own-brands and exclusive products.

Job Description

- Campaign: Spearhead concepts, directions and execution for all thematic and tactical campaigns
- Campaign: Work closely with cross-functional digital/design/VM team members in achieving 360o campaigns
- Campaign: Manage and monitor allocation of Point-Of-Sale collaterals required for campaigns
- Campaign: Manage timelines for inter-department campaign briefs and printer/in-house logistic deliveries
- Campaign: Provide pre-campaign briefs for brand principles and stores
- Campaign: Provide on-going campaign support to stores
- Campaign: Provide post-campaign performance analysis
- PR & Events: Maintain PR & Events Calendar and drive re-engineering strategies/initiatives to achieve higher levels of PR exposure and media value
- PR & Events: Support in the management of individual brands’ A&P
- PR & Events: Support in copywriting and translation of PR releases
- PR & Events: Manage PR Kits schedule and deliveries
- PR & Events: Maintain and update database for PR List
- PR & Events: Manage allocation/inventory/procurement of PR stationeries
- PR & Events: Track media monitoring updates and clippings
- PR & Events: Manage end-to-end execution of in-store events (E.g. Members’ Closed-Door Sales) and PR events (E.g. Media Brand Launch)
- CRM: Support in the management of loyalty programmes and membership benefits
- CRM: Support in Customer Acquisition and Retention efforts

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must
- Familiar with Macintosh and design software is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of Marketing-related work experience, preferable in a fast-moving environment
- Able to commit long hours or weekends, when required for events
