Job Description

- As a key member of the Marketing department, the Assistant Marketing Manager will contribute to the overall functions and productivity of the team. He/She will assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing the full spectrum of the Marketing function.
- Campaign: Spearhead ownership of all campaigns and retail promotions by working closely with cross-functional teams in achieving 360o executions and align processes that will improve the overall productivity for all internal stakeholders: Marketing, Merchandising & Operations
- Campaign: Ability to perform analysis of post-campaign performance metrics
- Digital: Develop new and emerging strategies to increase digital visibility of the brand across all touch points (Website, eCommerce, Mobile App, Social Media, YouTube, eDM)
- Digital: Track usability, design, content and conversion rates of all digital assets
- Digital: Oversee audience prospecting initiatives and monitor ROI to achieve traffic
- Brands Management: Support the implementation of new brand development strategies. Understand new product concepts and strategize market positioning, pricing and promotion, collaborating closely with merchandising initiatives and following through with planned executions
- Brands Management: Ensure all brand collaterals, activities and events are in compliance with brand guidelines
- Media, Advertising & PR: Spearhead continuous initiatives for media and PR outreach
- Media, Advertising & PR: Boost brand awareness and favourability through press releases, PR events, media channels, KOL outreach or any other creative platforms
- Media, Advertising & PR: Ability to effectively tap on social media and digital platforms to increase market share and market presence
- CRM: Support and implement CRM loyalty programmes to deliver traffic and revenue growth
- CRM: Develop strategies for acquisition, usage and retention
- Corporate: Ability to share market trends and new innovations through understanding of consumer needs, consumer psychology, consumer habits in beauty attitude, as well as the beauty market movements in Singapore
- People & Communication: Ability to lead and guide team for an all-inclusive culture
- People & Communication: Support and ensure effectiveness of the team’s day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Macintosh and design software is a plus
