Job Description

- Manage the full E-commerce operations/activities
- Ensure proper management of third-party agencies including but not limited to coordination and execution of all campaigns, understanding of campaign requirements and evaluation of the proposal made by the agencies
- Analysing and reporting of the sales performance for the platforms and providing recommendations / corrective actions so as to achieve sales target set
- Ensuring storefront and individual pages of all E-commerce platforms storefront and individual pages are properly optimised, proofreading of translations for all Chinese platforms
- Regular review of the sales pattern for seasonal open-to-buy planning, replenishment and repeating of orders and preparation for next season buying
- Prepare and support for all campaigns in terms of required merchandises
- Support other digital marketing campaigns when necessary

Job Requirements

- Degree qualifications with at least 2 years of experience managing Chinese E-commerce platforms
- Familiar with the Chinese market and digital platforms such as Tmall and RED
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel (Pivot Table / VLOOKUP)
- Proficient in Chinese Language in order to manage brand on third-party Chinese e-commerce platforms
- Independent and able to perform well in a dateline driven, rapid and fast-moving environment
- Entrepreneur mindset with a strong interest in E-commerce and a passion to drive the brand
- Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile
