Job Description

- Assist and support Sales Account Manager
- Internal coordination with various department (Engineering / Accounts / Procurement etc)
- Manage maintenance contract / renewal
- Prepare quotation / reports / Manage various documents

Job Requirements

- Minimally a diploma
- Any sales admin support experience
- Good knowledge and experience in IT related field, especially Inside-Sales role will be the added advantage
- Japanese proficiency is an advantage to liaise with Japanese colleagues
- Japanese proficiency is an added advantage to liaise with Japanese colleagues

Compensation

- Bonus: Variable Bonus (Dec / Jun)
- Annual Leave: 12 days annual leave per year (add 1 day every year up to maximum of 22 days; pro-rated for first year)
- Medical Leave: Sick Leave 14 days / Hospitalization Leave 60 days (inclusive of 14 days of Medical Leave)
