Job Description

- To provide Customer Service i.e. After Office Hour hotline handling on Duty Rotation basis
- To duty on Weekdays at Tour Desk from 9am to 6pm on scheduled Hotline Duty.
- To handle general inbound travel operations matter
- To provide information, advice, plan itineraries, and make arrangements for incoming travelers
- To prepare & submit regular operational related reports

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
- Must be conversant in Japanese Language both written and oral business communication in order to effectively handle Japanese speaking Clients
- For non-Japanese Natives, those who at least passed a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level N2 will be considered
- Basic Knowledge of IT network or IT system are preferable
- IT Literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Compensation

- S$2,500 to S$3,500 and more/month (depends on the experience)
- Bonus (depends on the company and the individual performance)
- Hotline Allowance (S$200/month)
- Health Allowance (S$200/annum)
