Job Description

- Responsible for the Management of social media channels and responding to brand mentions, queries over social media platforms
- Responsible for the creation of content that are consistent, drives brand and engage customers
- Generate reports with measurable KPIS to track and analyse social media results, campaigns and data for areas of improvement
- Assist manager in planning of marketing strategies to improve sales, traffic and engagement
- Work closely with the team to develop the social media calendar, timelines and visual assets, product loans, weekly editorial content (style guides, seasonal features) that coincide with product releases, ad campaigns and other brand messages
- Responsible in copywriting, article creations on a weekly basis for brand’s blog, website taking into account of Google analytics and SEO and the brand’s magazine
- Responsible in seeking of marketing partnerships including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programmes to KOLs
- Monitor and report on competitor activities in social space
- Stay up-to-date in the latest digital best practices and technology

Job Requirements

- Strong fashion sense with keen interest to work in the fashion retail industry
- Team player who is passionate, able to think out of the box, creative and have a strategic mindset to drive business objectives
- Analytical and able to multitask and stay organised with good time management
- Good Knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, basic HTML preferred
- Candidates with fashion retail background or e-commerce experience will be preferred
