Established in 1973, our client has promoted and distributed their products in Singapore through the retail and supermarket channels as well as has performed performs vital functions to support the Group’s global operations.

Job Description

- A sales administrator performs key functions to support sales teams within a dynamic, sales-driven environment by the following responsibilities: -
- Process and manage customer orders timely and ensure accurate data is maintained in the system.
- Ensure all orders shipments on schedule and meets customer commitment.
- Issue purchase order to suppliers and co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery with accuracy
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment and delivery schedule with suppliers and customers
- Process all shipping documentation e.g. packing list, cert of origin, BL, invoices
- Attend to customers’ enquiries on order status/details.
- Managing inventory and co-ordinate with warehouse operator on inventory movement and deliveries.
- L/C checking and negotiation
- Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

- Mandarin (both spoken and written as need to communicate with Supplier in China)
- Diploma level in shipping or business related studies
- Minimum 3 years related working experience (Preferably with inventory management and ocean freight procurement experience)
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, International Trading (Incoterms), Strong knowledge of letter of credit (L/C), Energetic and service mind and excellent time-managements skills
