This company was was founded in 1972. The Company's line of business includes the marketing of semi-finished metal products.
- Processing of payroll for 57 employees. (Including expatriate)
- Knowledge of Sage Easy pay system.
- Processing of year - end IR8A
- EP application for new staff and renewal of EP
- Take care of employees’ welfare- hospitalization insurance, travel insurance, medical , health screening, etc.
- Tax clearance for foreign employees
- File income tax return for Japanese Expatriate.
- Monitor employees leave application.
- Preparation and keying of monthly accounting transactions of payroll related transactions into accounting system.
- Purchase office stationeries and pantry consumables.
- Office maintenance, liaise with management office on misc enquiries on office rental and contract issue.
- Request/register access card from management and issue access cards to new staff
- Keep record of card issued/returned and lost card
- Renew of apartment contract/car rental
- Update of new vehicle number to shell for card replacement
- Office key/toilet key duplication
- Organise company events. (Christmas party, CNY party, company trip etc)
- At least Diploma holders
- 2 years of working experience in HR functions
- Conducts good communication and positive working attitude
