Job Description

- Banking operations including online payments, cheque and bank reconciliations
- Office accounts including but not limited to maintaining all invoices/delivery orders for submission to accountants
- Reception of guests and answering of telephone calls
- Managing inter-office communications
- Liaising and communication with vendors
- Handling incoming and outgoing packages and mail
- Supply purchasing and management
- Any other duties related to general office administration

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in account payables and administration
- A good command of English (oral and written communication skills)
- Proficient in using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Meticulous with high degree of accuracy
- Able to multitask and a team player

Compensation

- Bonus (depends on the individual and company performance, normally average 1.0 – 2.0month/annum)
