- Hunter's role in achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Assist and manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers.
- Prepare proper documentations and sales reports
- 3 years of sales experience in Chemical, Device or Electronics
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Japanese Language to communicate with Japanese customers
- Class 3/3A driving license required
