- To work together with Project Lead for all VOs and follow up on Design Confirmation
- To Obtain Price for VOs and Equipment
- To liaise with Manufacturers on Equipment Lead Time
- To work with Sales Team to obtain other necessary information required for Project
- Developing of Quotation for Customers & Bill of Material
- To work with Operation Team for Equipment Ordering
- To log in sales order and keep track of quotation status closely
- Update project documentation into Engineering shared folder to ensure proper versioning and filing
- Collate project delivery status of various projects
- Develop Operational Maintenance Manual
- Minimum "O" Levels
- Minimum 1 year experience in Administration and Coordination
- Possess Basic knowledge in Purchase order/Sales Order
- Possess Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
