Job Description

- Lead branding and marketing projects and review project work
- Identify long term, internal and short term initiatives to assist clients with their processes
- Design best in practice service offering
- Support in project operations and team management
- Work closely with management in mentoring and supporting team members
- Brainstorm and source for marketing ideas for project work
- Point of contact with clients, internal stakeholders and partners
- Train and work on the development of fresh graduates and analysts
- Review and contribute to analysis of research findings, recommend visual designs and prepare reports in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain good client engagement and interaction

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience in leading a team will be an advantage
- Ability to conceptualise and present findings and recommendations
- Experience in conducting primary research will be advantageous
- Candidates should possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management
- At least 3 years of working experience in Branding or Marketing advisory or similar scope
- Detail-orientated person with good analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and have good time management
- Highly motivated and committed to being a good team player
- Natural interest in solving problems
- Demonstrated skills in project management

Compensation

- Variable Bonus payout at the end of December of each year (Subjected to Division & Individual KPI)
