Job Description

- Managing the payroll, flexi-benefit claims, tax clearance for foreign employees (IR21), annual Return on Employee's Remuneration (IR8A) and intiating year end closing in Times Software
- Responsible for data integrity of standard cost in BOM
- Monitoring, interpreting and managing cash flows and cash projections.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance of projects and accounts receivables by producing and presenting accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Managing and developing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Supporting teammates in the preparation & analysing of annual budgets or monthly forecasts
- Liaising with statutory auditors and ensure the annual audit is lodged in with the relevant authorities such as ACRA in a timely manner.
- Responsible for evaluating & management government incentives / grants
- Review standard and actual cost for variances / inaccuracies
- Supporting the implementation of programmes in maximizing government incentives & submitting the claims for government grants or incentives in timely manner.
- Managing GST, Corporate Tax and other tax filings.
- Developing relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. business project, bankers, solicitors, customers and statutory organizations such as customs authorities.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Degree in Finance / Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
- Those with CPA will be added advantage
- 5 years work experience in Payroll, Standard cost review and roll up, CashFlow preparation, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, taxation and statutory compliance functions.
- Prefer those work with companies engaged in Engineering projects and Manufacturing for at least 3 years
- Prefer those with experience in GST, Corporate Tax and other regional tax compliance requirements
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Proficient with MS Office especially in MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
