ClosedOur client was established in 1991 which specializes in the manufacture of hybrid microcircuits. Their cutting-edge products range from thick circuits, chip & wire to discrete hybrid microcircuits consisting of active, passive and combination circuitries.
- Design for manufacturability and development of thick film, chip and wire, and discrete hybrid microcircuits
- Technical design review and simulation for project feasibility
- Perform functional and reliability tests to validate designs during product development, product qualification and mass production phases
- Generate bill of materials, product design development documentations and reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by immediate superior
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Electronics Engineering
- Experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D software for designing electrionic circuits and fixtures
- Knowledge and experience with IPC Standards is preferred
- Strong analytical and critical problem solving skills
- Meticulous, careful with attention to details
- Proactive, resourceful and hands-on team player with good initiative
- Good understanding of DFM, statistical analysis, design of experiments and engineering product development cycle is highly advantageous
