Job Description

- Process/manage Customer orders & quotations
- Provide good/excellent response to customers via telephone and email & faxes, etc.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide customers with solutions without compromising the integrity of the organization or staff
- Any ad-hoc duties assign from time to time
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Job Requirements

- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
- Basic PC skills
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively under pressure
- Able to start work at short notice
- Must be able to work on Saturdays (alternate)
