- Managing projects in ASEAN market (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia)
- Facilitate group discussions for customers (Managerial level group)
- Source for facilitators and business partners for training/development programs
- Assist in developing training/development programs
- Arrange/Prepare materials for programs
- Translate program materials (Japanese to English) & do a real-time translation during meetings with Japanese customers
- Liaise with IRAS for arrangement of tax treaties related documents
- 5 years of work experience is mandatory
- Positive start-up mindset (Developing new market, Creating new business, Independent, Positive mindset to venture into unknown territories)
- Business level Japanese skill is mandatory for translation (Japanese to English)
- Experience in facilitation is preferred
- Experience in working for Japanese company to understand Japanese culture is preferred
- Annual leave : 14 days to 21 days
- Medical: 14 days medical leave and 60 days Hospitalization Leave (As per MOM regulations)
