Job Description

- We Help individuals realise their fullest potential and organisations in creating leadership and organisational excellence. We are looking for a talented and creative curriculum developer to:
- Develop and enhance our proven training programmes and content
- Integrate and synchronise curriculum and training materials across various programmes
- Manage training product development projects and teams
- Update and contextualise course programmes to stay abreast with the market trends
- Support enhancement of training materials, identify gaps and implement recommendation for improvement
- Interact and coordinate with facilitators and subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of course and content relevance
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure alignment of training materials with organisational and regulatory needs
- Manage SSG course accreditation processes

Job Requirements

- A recognised Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree from any recognised institutions (Learning Design, Education or Training-related disciplines preferred)
- 5 years or above of practical HR/ leadership/ Service excellence/ training experience will be advantageous
- Familiar with the WSQ framework and the newly launched SkillsFramework for HR
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record in developing learning content
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- ACTA or DACE qualification is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced working environment
