Job Description

- Management of full spectrum of business trip arrangements. (All Directors are frequent business travellers. )
- Management of full spectrum of administrative or secretarial support tasks that include clerical duties such as correspondence and documentation preparation.
- Support and facilitate communications between HQ in Japan and management team in Singapore.
- Providing Assistance in purchasing office supplies, equipment and amenities.

Job Requirements

- Working experience in a secretarial or administrative function.
- Good organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills.
- Possess integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Japanese (conversational) to liaise with Japanese stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- A team player with a positive attitude and able to multi-tasks./work.
- Candidates with prior working experience in a Japanese company will be advantageous.
