They have more than 58 years in HVAC & R industry and have successfully build up reputation in in the commercial and light industrial (refrigeration), residential and commercial (air-conditioning) as well as oil, marine and gas (refrigeration and air-conditioning) business segments in various industries such as retail, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, hospitality, logistics, food processing and shipping.
- To handle all existing software and hardware support services to existing end-user clients.
- To be responsible to carry out new project application and system integration task for successful project implementation.
- To lead and manage a team of consultants and contractors; working closely with contractors to secure all necessary planning and technical aspects to deliver results.
- To be involved in all stages of project application from conceptualization, schematic design, installation, testing & system commissioning, training, and handover.
- To provide application system support to end-user clients.
- To follow up on customer interactions and inquiries.
- To be able to troubleshoot hardware or software issues to resolve end-user clients’ technical issues.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, a good sense of initiative and able to work independently and effectively.
- Qualified class 3 driving license
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
