ClosedOur Client is one of the leading regional distributors of commercial and light industrial refrigeration systems and products in SEA region. They have more than 58 years in HVAC & R industry and have successfully build up reputation in in the commercial and light industrial (refrigeration), residential and commercial (air-conditioning) as well as oil, marine and gas (refrigeration and air-conditioning) business segments in various industries such as retail, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, hospitality, logistics, food processing and shipping.
- Handle full sets of accounts, tax filing and consolidation for multiple entities
- Perform review and analysis of subsidiaries’ and Group’s performance in terms of financial analysis, budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Perform group consolidation, monthly closing and prepare management reports to support operations and management decision-making
- Assess and review internal controls and work processes and to make recommendations for operation efficiency improvements
- Liaise with tax agent, auditor, and corporate secretariat for annual filing, reporting, internal control, and other matters
- Monitoring and implementation of Group financial policies and procedures
- Provide training, supervision, coaching and mentoring to subordinates.
- Support management in ad-hoc projects
- Possess a recognised university degree in Accountancy or ACCA
- Min 10 years working experience in related with 5 years’ experience in listed company
- Detailed in daily work and strong financial competency with financial consolidation, analysis & problem-solving skills
- Strong competency in financial reporting standards and taxation
- Experience in trading and distribution business (manufacturing experience a plus)
- Min 4 years’ audit experience (preferably from Big 4 audit firm)
- Good working knowledge on SGX reporting and corporate governance requirements
- Good knowledge in using SAP ERP software
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to lead and train younger staff in the department
