- Prepare quotations, invoice, delivery order, etc
- Attend to walk-in customers, calls and email enquiries
- Follow-up and update customers on their order status
- Coordinate with forwarders for all shipments to avoid delays
- Scheduling of local and overseas deliveries
- Update customers' database and inventory movements in system
- Maintain proper filing system and records
- Min. 2 years relevant work experience in B2B Post-Sales / Indoor Sales
- Min. Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working experience in similar industry is advantageous
