- Grow and service existing accounts
- Identify, understand and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs and requirements
- Analyse costs and sales
- Gather market intelligence on competitor’s pricing and activities
- Prepare quotations, product technical specifications and product manual
- Handle inspections and other site related matters
- Attend to sales enquiries and after sales support matters
- Prepare sales report, forecast and other reports required by management
- Conduct technical training for customer
- Visit customers at their work place/office
- Assist to monitor payments from customers
- Any related ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- ITE Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering field
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the pump industry
- Proven track record of new sales development
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Independent, energetic, customer driven and self-motivated
- High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility
- Preferably possess class 3 driving license and own transport
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
