Job Description

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the service apartment IT infrastructure and IT systems
- Assist in the pre-opening support for the new property on setting up the IT infrastructure, IT systems and coordinate with the key stakeholders to deliver training to the end-users
- Work closely with pre-opening project team on the procurement and delivery of IT equipment
- Maintain physical and virtual servers infrastructure, network infrastructure, PABX telephony, Guest High Speed Internet Access (HSIA), IT hardware equipment, IT security etc.
- Manage and work with IT vendors for system installation, troubleshooting and support of the IT infrastructure and IT applications
- Good knowledge and skillset on Property Management System e.g Infor HMS, Opera
- Support end-users in all IT-related matters
- Follow and comply with IT policies and procedures to roll-out IT solutions
- Manage IT audits for the property to ensure compliance of IT policies and procedures
- Prepare IT budgets, review systems requirements/configuration and plan for upgrade Dimensions

Job Requirements

- ▪ Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT executive preferably in a similar capacity of hotel industry
- ▪ Diploma in Information Technology or the equivalent
- ▪ Knowledge in hotel IT infrastructure and Systems
- ▪ Knowledge in Hotel Property Management Systems
- ▪ Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese counterparts
- ▪ Self-directed, takes responsibility to complete tasks
- ▪ Adaptability, responds efficiently to changing situations
- ▪ Ability to prioritize tasks, organize/co-ordinate resources efficiently to meet deadlines
- ▪ Ability to work well within team & other departments

Compensation

- Annual Salary increment / Yearly variable bonus
