- Coordinating import and export shipments
- Prepare shipping documents (example: BL, permits, etc)
- Liaising with customers and vendors
- Answering of phone calls
- Other administrative duties
- GCE 'O' level and above
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience. Candidate is not required to have experience in import/export/shipping, but should have the aptitude to take up such a role. Candidate with no experience in this industry but has experience performing administrative roles or customer service are welcomed.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Applications
- Good communication skills
