Job Description

- Logistics co-ordination – Incoming ships spares via courier, air & sea freight, and storage
- Process and verify shipping documents for incoming shipments, including air way bills (AWB), bills of lading (BL), CIPL and import permits
- Preparation of shipping documents for outgoing shipments - Delivery note & CIPL
- Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) & Goods Issue Note (GIN) in Freight Master System for all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Declare/prepare documents for port entry, including DSA, ESN, SSN
- Handle off-landed ship spares - labelling and recording; liaise with vessel’s Captain/Chief
- Engineer and their office for instructions & delivery/dispatch arrangements
- Request quotation from courier service providers and freight forwarders, submit to HOD for approval, and follow up on further arrangements
- Manage client storage and inventory, including transportation and delivery
- Billing and E-invoicing: generate invoices from system and email to clients
- Coordinate Operations, Agency & Husbandry matters – provide logistics support (collection & delivery)
- Clearance & export of shipments at Keppel Distripark (KD), and the airport
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the HOD or Manager

Job Requirements

- No experience is welcome to apply; On-the-job training will be provided
- Multitasking abilities to manage the demands of paperwork and on-site work effectively.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours to cater to the different arrival times of ships and adapt to unanticipated events and tight work schedules

Compensation

- 5.5 days work week
- Alternate Saturday off (Fixed)
- Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm / Sat: 9am to 1pm
