Job Description
- Player in corporate finance sales activities, including structured finance (e.g., bilateral corporate loans, syndicated loans, and leveraged buyout (LBO) loans).
- Assist in the development of new client relationships and preparation of materials for internal approvals.
- Participate in the preparation of loan documentation, execution of transactions, and post-execution monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and documentation processes.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding or hands-on experience in Accounting and Corporate Finance is an advantage.
- Familiarity with loan structuring and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to learning and development
Compensation
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:40 AM - 5:30 PM
- AWS & variable bonus
