Our client was established in 1992 in Singapore as a multi-disciplinary interior design company to produce to produce effective commercial spaces. They have been continuously dedicating to create fascinating environment around retail shops and corporate offices.
- In corporate office design and built projects, monitoring projects planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, Interior fit-out coordination.
- Liaise with clients on keeping track and control schedules of cost, time and quality, important meet deadlines.
- Liaise with subcontractors for follow up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process etc.
- Perform and monitor budgeting and expenditure control management.
- Familiar with building contractual terms and laws in Singapore.
- Manage site operation, coordination and safety meeting.
- Diploma or Degree Qualification in any studies
- Possesses relevant working experience in Renovation Project Management
- Experience in coordination for Japanese clients is preferred but not essential
- Knowledgeable in Architectural / Interior Designer drawings
- Possesses good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels
- Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
- Willing to travel within Singapore for project purposes
- Willing to work on weekends (Sat/Sun) when required, for site-work issue
- Working location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
