About Company

Our client is a US distribution and customer support subsidiary of popular exercise and hobby equipment and accessories. Their products also make and sell such goods as cases, clothing, camping equipment, luggage, and other accessories. It sells its tackle through boating and sporting goods retailers, including Boater's World and Academy Sports & Outdoors, in the US, Canada, and Central and South America. The company also provides equipment maintenance and repair services.

Job Description

- Responsible for sales and marketing, dealings with distributors in the appointed markets
- Understand the marketplace, competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies
- Responsible for the products’ profitability (sales and inventory)
- Develop marketing strategy and product positioning
- Involve and support in building brand equity through marketing activities
- Perform Inventory, Sales and Purchase management
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities for overseas market, when required
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in sales related field
- At least 2 - 3 years of sales experience, preferably experience in exercise equipment but not essential
- Team player with strong analytical, good communication skills
- Good business acumen and presentation skills
- Preferably someone that likes outdoor activities (e.g. camping, fishing, boating etc.) and knowledgeable in outdoor exercise equipment, but not a must
- Occasional overseas travelling is required

Compensation

- Working location: Raffles, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
