Job Description

- Responsible for the new and on-going monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc investor reporting and ensure timely delivery of the same.
- Prepare quarterly notices e.g. capital account statement, distribution, net asset value and returns calculation and track investors equity position. Respond to regular and ad hoc investor requests.
- Coordinate capital calls, capital returns and redemptions.
- Prepare internal quarterly portfolio summary information, responsible for analyses and produce Fund-level business plans within reporting timelines.
- Involved in fund-level portfolio models that track actual and forecast financial event, project performance scenarios and calculate internal rates of return, distributions and promotes, etc. Improve models and data analysis as necessary.
- Perform on-going monitoring and review of the Fund’s covenants and compliance including risk management, insurance, governance, tax and filing.
- Support on-boarding new investors, preparing for investors due diligence, investors audit and compliance co-ordination.
- Provide administrative support to investor group meetings.
- Provide regulatory support such as managing MAS licensing, reporting and conduct requirements.
- Monitor AML and sanctions check.
- Maintain and update compliance manuals.
- Assist in monitoring outsourcing arrangements, including updating outsourcing registers.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Compliance Monitoring Program and prepare reports to management/stakeholders.
- Assist in the conduct of in-house training.
- Maintain client's database.

Job Requirements

- Possess minimum Diploma/Degree or similar qualification
- At least 3 - 5 years of related working experience in fund operation and/or administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Preferably knowledgeable in investment funds
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is plus point, to communicate with Mandarin and Japanese speaking counterparts.

Compensation

- Working location: Raffles Place, Singapore
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm
- Variable bonus
