ClosedOur client is an authentic Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu restaurant. They serve two styles of Sukiyaki: Kansai Style Sukiyaki which cooked by sizzling meat in a pot, and modern Kanto Style Beef Pot that made by simmering meat and veggies in a special broth.
- Assist in preparing /cutting food ingredients (before and during operations)
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area
- Provide customer service
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Experienced working in kitchen will be advantage
- Must have basic kitchen skills
- Willing to do service (talk to customer)
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate and team-working character
- 7 days Annual Leave
- AWS (0.5 to 1 month)
- 6 working days (Tuesday Off)
- Working hours: 2.30pm - 10.30pm (one hour break)
- 44 hours/ week
