- Act as an airline representative at Changi airport and be responsible for duties related to passenger flights to/from Singapore.
- Ensure effective management and execution of the expected service standards of the airline.
- Responsible for delivery of quality passenger services.
- Provide assistance to passengers and addressing their queries.
- Comfortable with face to face interactions with the various stakeholders whilst working in shifts.
- Follow up with passengers’ safety and security concerns and queries.
- Access reservation and booking systems.
- Provide assistance to passengers in the event of flight disruptions or delays.
- Supervise and monitor service standards of ground handling agent.
- Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably with 2 to 5 years of relevant experiences in customer handling.
- Knowledge in CIQ handling.
- Must be willing to perform shift duties (including night shifts and weekend).
- Ability to communicate (fluent in speaking, reading and writing) in Japanese would be an advantage to communicate with Japanese customers.
- Customer-oriented mindset with pleasant disposition.
- Possess good sense of time management to achieve on-time performance.
- Possess leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Working Location: Changi Airport
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day (Shift rotational including nights)
- Working Days: Roster arrangement. Work 3-4 days off 1-2 days (including weekends)
- Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + OT pays + AWS + Variable Bonus
