Job Description

- Responsible for Singapore and APAC marketing activities
- Develop and execute social media strategies and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging & shareable content that resonates with target audiences
- Manage, monitor social media performance, analyzing data to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with other marketing channels
- Conduct keyword research, analysis to identify relevant search terms
- Optimize website content, structure to improve search engine rankings
- Develop, manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic
- Analyze website traffic, marketing campaign performance to identify areas and opportunities for improvement
- Develop event marketing plans, including content creation, promotion & lead capture strategies
- Manage event logistics, execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
- Analyze event data to measure ROI, identify areas for improvement
- Develop, implement lead nurturing campaigns that utilize email marketing, personalized messaging & other engagement tactics
- Segment leads based on their interests & engagement levels, tailoring messaging accordingly
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads & move them through the sales funnel
- Analyze lead nurturing performance to identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate with Japan HQ to understand global marketing strategies & objectives
- Adapt & localize marketing strategies to suit the unique cultural and market nuances of APAC region

Job Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and driving business growth is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in English and Japanese, at least at JLPT N3 level to communicate with Japanese counterparts.

Compensation

- Work location: CBD
- Working hour: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Variable Bonus (Dec / Jun)
- Annual Leave: 12 days (add 1 day/year up to max 22 days)
