Job Description

- Updating of product information such as price list, cost price, material information etc into the system
- Preparation of seasonal catalogue and assisting in preparation of merchandising/café sales reports
- Coordinate with China warehouse for upcoming shipment and ensure all product samples arrived in timely manner
- Arrange importation of container and coordinate with freight forwarder on local custom clearance
- Ensure accuracy of stock levels on websites and backend system
- Assist in campaign shoots when necessary
- Any ad-hoc admin/merchandising duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Degree in Business, Merchandising or any related field
- Meticulous and good with numbers
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Proficient in Chinese Language – both spoken and written (in order to liaise and communicate with our China counterparts)
- Independent and able to perform well in a dateline driven, rapid and fast-moving environment
- Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile
- No experience is welcomed as training will be provided

Compensation

- Working location: Kaki Bukit Ave 1 (walking distance to MRT Ubi)
- Working days: Monday - Friday; 9 hours/ day (flexible arrangement on starting time)
