They serve markets across Asia from their base in Singapore, where they have been operating since their incorporation in 1997.
- Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted market to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Build strong and collaborative relationship with customers.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- Conduct market research and feedback to Sales Director for assessment
- Drive product presentation and penetration with confidence
- Sales driven mindset with focus in achieving the sales revenue
- Weekly reviews to Sales Director for reporting
- Provide Pre and Post Sales Technical Solutions for Electrical Product in the region
- Organize internal trainings for sales teams.
- Provide technical trainings / seminars at customers’ premises
- Assist regional sales team in regional distribution network expansion
- Prepare / Propose technical manuals, Demo Kits in requirement to market condition
- Prompt responses to sales team / customers’ technical enquiries
- Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge
- Confident to conduct training / seminars to a group of audiences
- Provide hands-on pre & post sales technical issues
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the company
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably electrical background.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience. Technical support experience in similar capacity is preferred.
- Business development experience is preferred.
- Knowledge in handling low voltage electrical product
- Excellent communicator and team player
- High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility
- Familiarity and preference working with an SME-type structure
- Required to travel in the region on requirement basis (around 2 times annually)
- Proficient in Mandarin is preferred, to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
- Work location: CBD
- Working hours: 5 days: 8.30 am to 5.30pm
