- Coordinate air and sea freight pricing requirements
- Ensure that all responses are provided accurately within the agreed timeframes
- Work in conjunction with the local National Account and Sales Teams on pricing strategies
- Coordinate tender responses with the regional tender team
- Work on online pricing requests with the local sales team
- Work with our local and regional product teams on port-to-port rates and local charges. Where necessary negotiate rates with air and sea freight carriers
- Ensure the quotation log is up to date at all times
- Maintain the highest quality of service to ensure the satisfaction of the clients
- Possess working knowledge and/or skills in Microsoft Office & C1 Cargowise if possible
- General understanding of import/export/transshipment (Air and Ocean)
- Minimum with GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any fields
- Preferably 1 year working experience in freight forwarding operations
- Great attitude, well organized, detail oriented, good sense of numbers and committed to excellence
- Willingness to learn, quick learner and accountability
- Able to work under-pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills, internal or external
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat (WFH) 9am - 12pm
