Job Description
- Responsible for matters relating to AR/AP and banking transaction
- Handle full set of incoming receipt function for trading sales / retail shop / Lazada & Shopee sales.
- Liaise closely with customer service team and sales person.
- Prepare quarterly inter-company confirmation and reconciliation.
- Bank statement daily reconciliation.
- Involve yearly stock take
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting/Accountancy
- Meticulous and analytical
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Min 1 – 2 years’ experience in similar level
- Experience in AR and GL accounting
