Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.
- Drives the day-to-day sales operation for brick & mortar channel including Mass Merchandiser, Independent Dealer, Wholesaler.
- Leadership role to lead the distribution team towards achievement of set KPIs including dealer sell out, market inventory control, channel profitability, stock aging, AR and AP.
- Effective management of distribution budget to derive ROI and set objective.
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiates change and improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- In-dept analytics to business profile by channel and product to deliver profit.
- Experienced in local (Singapore) consumer electronic operation
- Experience in leadership role in managing and providing strategic direction to sales team
- Possess a min. Degree in Business Admin/Marketing
- Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in a leadership role.
- Good business acumen and analytical mind.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Business Accounting P&L.
- Team player with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Objective oriented, self starter and resourceful. Think out-of-the box and initiates change.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday: 9am to 5.30pm
- Transport allowance: S$100 -S$120 per month

- Medical and Dental: uncapped for medical, dental at $350 per FY
- AL 15 days, Company holiday 3.5 days
