Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description

- Resolve complicated / escalated issues.
- Monitor the service quality to ensure customer / experience / service quality meet the standard.
- Follow up on customer's enquiries, requests and feedback with customers and internal stakeholder.
- Review and enhance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency of the operation.
- Deliver a professional, prompt and high quality service experience to customers and internal stakeholder over the phone, emails and walk-in.
- Handling time for Customer care Centre KPI = < 20 minutes.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customers' expectations.

Job Requirements

- Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ Level, with 1 – 2 years’ call center or relevant experience in frontline customer service support functions
- Candidate with no experience is welcomed to apply
- Computer-literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work overtime
- Able to start immediately

Compensation

- 5.5 days work: Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm; Sat 9am - 2pm
- Transport allowance: S$100 -S$120 per month
- AWS & completion bonus
- Medical and dental: uncapped for medical, dental at $250 per FY
- AL 14 days, Company holiday 3.5 days
- OT Pay
