- Responsible to customer service for tenants, including coordination and support to their queries and complaints.
- Attend to tenants' feedback and address their concerns.
- Liaise and communicate to tenants regarding to tenancy related matter, including facilities and their experience during tenancy.
- Execute agreed standards of customer service, e.g., onboarding, prospecting and service feedback processes.
- Monitor and respond to feedback and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Be familiar with the tenants of company as assigned.
- Any other related duties.
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Customer service/tenant management relevant experience is preferred
- A good communication capability
- Patience, responsible, self-motivated and flexible.
- Willing to travel (within Singapore)
- Willing to work on weekends
- Opportunity to convert to full time position
