Job Description

- Responsible to set up and manage an operation team, including recruiting and training.
- Responsible to oversee and monitor the operation team to ensure smooth daily business operations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and take actions to improve constantly
- Review and improve the business operations process to provide better service experience to customers
- Develop, plan and implement business strategies and new expansion business plan
- Manages operating budgets and control expenses to ensure compliance with budgets
- Support team development through a structured development plan, ensuring well trained and adequate resources to meet operation needs
- Develop a talented and motivated workforce by ensuring engagement while ensuring optimal efficiency and accountability
- Other ad hoc assignments from the company

Job Requirements

- Possess relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Possess managerial working experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, have a good sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Strong business insights and data analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and also deliver results upon team work
- Ability to work under own initiative and proactively
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
