- To assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, instore promotions (POSMs) and new product launches to achieve business targets (sales, profitability and market share).
- To continuously review and analyze category/brand performance and track competitors' activities, recommending action plans to close gaps.
- Responsible for tracking the A&P spend and measuring the results of key campaigns for continuous improvement.
- To manage cross-functional teams (logistics / trade marketing / sales / procurement etc.) to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
- 5 years' brand management or marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Ability to think strategically, commercially, be proactive and take the initiative
- Ability to work in fast faced, high pressured working environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good Brand Knowledge: Understand product, users, motivations, and barriers
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
