Job Description

- Order processing
- Daily report generation
- E-booking for client's loading bay slot
- Attend to enquiries
- Liaising with warehouse, production to monitor the stock level
- Checking of daily delivery status
- Manage the delivery schedules for delivery drivers
- Update customer information to database / customer master
- Invoice submission to portals
- Ensure all the orders are being processed by end of the day
- Other admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- GCE "O" or "N" Level education qualification
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Hardworking and able to work in fast pace working environment
